1. How many days would it take for my parcel to arrive?
For most deliveries, it will take between 1-3 days depending on the location. There may be delays during peak seasons and other deliveries issue eg. festive season, delays by postage service etc.
2. What should I do if the hijab I purchased has a defect?
If the hijab has any defect, you can contact us immediately via email at Salwahijabofficial@gmail.com or you can directly reach us at Let's Chat!
If you encountered problem with the item received, you can return your orders within 14 days from date of invoice. All returned items must be in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition. Items that failed to meet these criteria are non-returnable, and will not be entertained. You are responsible for the shipping charges back to Salwa.
3. I have not received my item. What should I do?
Let us know and we will check the delivery status and help in any way we can to speed up the shipping process for you. After we have checked your tracking number, we will send you an update.
4. I wish to cancel my order. What should I do?
We have a strict NO RETURN policy for all scarf sold. We advise our customers to choose wisely and always check the selected products before making the payment.
